The Blue Buffalo Café is an authentic Vietnamese street food café that opened in January 2020 in Laurieton, NSW on the Mid North Coast.

Blue Buffalo provides a fresh new taste to the Camden Haven: featuring a unique juice bar offering the full range of fresh fruit and vegetables, alongside freshly made sugar-cane juice and drinking coconuts—a real taste of Southeast Asia.

Head chef, Miss Diu, is a renowned Vietnamese street food specialist whose Blue Corner restaurant in Vung Tau (pop. 1.4 million) rose to number one on Tripadvisor.

Miss Diu will be opening early, preparing Banh Mi Vietnamese pork rolls and her famous pho Vietnamese noodle soup.

You can also make a group booking to enjoy evening cooking classes with Miss Diu, using only locally-sourced produce.

With two decades’ experience, Miss Diu’s reputation guarantees that every menu item is made fresh on-site daily.

In striving to embrace sustainability, Blue Buffalo’s takeaway containers and utensils are made of bamboo, sugar cane, paper and corn starch.
